First and foremost, I would like to thank God for the many blessings he has given me in life. I'd also like to thank my wife Wendy, for without her love and support, none of this would be possible. A special thanks goes out to the late Gene Wooten for his friendship and the knowledge he shared with me about setting a guitar up correctly. I very much enjoyed our chats and often came away from them with a new lick or two. He was one of the nicest people you could ever hope to meet, and I'm thankful for the times I got to spend with him just listening to him play and talk about the dobro. Next, I would like to thank Frank Harlow, one of the top builders of resophonic guitars, and a man Gene Wooten endorsed and introduced me to. He has been a good friend to me, sharing a lot of his knowledge of guitar set up. In fact, I own several of Frank's guitars, and without a doubt, they are some of the best sounding guitars I have ever ever had the pleasure of hearing or playing. Finally, I would like to thank all of the customers over the years I've had the pleasure of working with. Thank you for trusting me with your guitars, and for allowing me to get to know you. Your friendships and trust mean an awful lot to me. E-mail: bobby@customresosetup.com |
